Hilton Walters Accountants was established in 2019 after the merging of Hilton & Co. and Walters Accountants. We aim to build on this outstanding reputation for excellent advice and individualised service for both business and personal clients.

John is a qualified Chartered Accountant, member of the ACCA with over 10 years’ practice experience. John founded Hilton & Co in January 2011 after leaving his position as junior partner at another local firm.
After gaining an in-depth understanding of numerous clients and industries John started his own practice in order to offer an enhanced accountancy practice. He specialises in owner managed business providing advice on compliance, taxation and all other general business matters.
Outside of work John loves to spend time with his young growing family. John also has a passion for the local rural landscape and is regularly out exercising his two crazy springer spaniels. If you don’t spot John outside, then he could well be found in the pub enjoying a pint or two with close friends and family.
